Full-stack Link Building
We’ve got a client back in October 2021 who asked us to provide Crowd Links for his Polish website in healthcare/medical niche. He decided to use 20 crowd links/month during the first 2 months. After 2 months he found his site’s traffic growing. In December, he decided to get full-stack turnkey linkbuilding services from us (we’re working on several projects of this customer). We made a niche analysis in Poland, competitors analysis, and their backlinks. Together with the customer, we agreed monthy budget for backlinks of $700 and we created the sytategy for the next 3 months.
Once the strategy is agreed and analysis has been done, we agreed linkbuilding work plan. We chose money pages and keywords, anchor-list, and dynamics. From the start the backlink profile of the customer’s site was really weak. First of all – it has too low % of dofollow backlinks to nofollow which is unnatural. The same stuff with the quality of the backlinks – there were no powerful ones. We also decided to optimize anchor-list because there were some long-tail keywords in the top of the list, which is also unnatural. Since the start we agreed to build some crowd links – 20 links.
Fundamental Link Building Strategy
Besides the crowd links (2×20 links per each month) we decided to keep using this type of backlinks during the next months. The customer’s project required local domains (forums) from .PL sites, so we individually started the research for these domains. During the next 3 months of research we were able to find new 20 local Polish domains each month. It gave an opportunity to keep the backlink dynamics during all the promotion period (more then half year) and to build backlinks drip-feed. The task was about: 70% dofollow & 30% nofollow links, which helped to increase the total dofollow % rate. Besides, we set the default metrics for the crowd links we usually use.
Those crowd links helped to effectively build new backlinks. Previously, choosing an anchor-list for the chosen money pages helped to optimize the anchor list to natural-looking. The main task of those crowd links is – to diversity the backlinks profile & anchor-list. That’s why 80% of the forum backlinks were non-anchor (naked URL, brand names or generic anchors). In this case, while we were using only 20 crowd links per months, the spendings were only $130, which allowed us to have at least $550 more for the link building tasks. This budget was spent on outreach guest posting mostly.
P.S. On the picture above – we asked the customer to disallow the toxic backlinks he had before. So the referring pages drop is not about something bad.
Outreach Guest-Posting and The Best Niche backlinks
Since the start of the work, during the first weeks, our outreach-specialist was swt up to find new niche resources for guest posting and link insertion. Then, we provided the new domains list to the customer so he could choose the blogs he wanted to get backlink from – manual approving process.
Usually, Polish sites owners require $200-350 per backlink from a really good niche site. Adding content price of $5/200 words, and our work fee – we could get about 2 backlins from niche relevant high-quality sites during each month. The resources research was built individually by our outreach linkbuilding specialist who used different tactics and methods like: Ahrefs, Semrush, Competitors analysis, google searches, iche research and more.
We set the high standart for the guest posts sites to make the best possible result. Some of them are: organic traffic > 5 000, Top-1 traffic country is Poland, growing traffic dynamics, niche relevancy of the site, no spam on the site, and some other metrics like DR, RD etc. Once we got an answer from the site’s owner – our specialist negotiated to get the best price, so it helped us to reduce some pricing and save up to $100 for each placement. Once the customer approved the site – we set the task for article writing regarding the customer’s wishes and site owner’s guidelines and keeped the process under countrol till the article was written and accepted. While the crowd links strategy was about non-anchor backlinks, we used only direct keywords as anchors for guest posts and link insertions.
Since the March, we stopped building crowd links and all the budget was moved to build new backlinks in guest posts with the outreach, which allowes us to increase amount of top links from 2 to 3. Besides, our team have also provided some additional services, like monthly control of indexinf process and checking links to be alive. Once we found any broken/dead backlinks – we contacted the site owner to fix this problem or replaced those links for free. The indexing control showed that >80% of crowd links were indexed during a month, and 100% of the guest posts were indexing during the same period.
This case shows just a small part of the work done regarding the client’s project. This case – is the result of our experience in link building services (partial or full-stack services). We’re not a SEO agency and we don’t do full-stack SEO services for this project since its begin. We just do what we’re into – hugh quality link building services for an off-page SEO and we try to do our best. But, although backlinks is just a part of SEO, we should track its influence for the final result: traffic, keywords positions and much more.
