Blogger Outreach Service
Our team researches relevant blogs and websites based on your niche, metrics, and campaign requirements.
We negotiate directly with site owners and publishers to secure competitive rates across guest posts and contextual placements.
We continuously find new outreach opportunities that match your criteria, at no extra cost.
No. We do not own the blogs or websites we pitch. These are real independent publishers with their own audience, traffic, and editorial standards. We secure placements through manual blogger outreach by contacting site owners directly and negotiating content opportunities on a case-by-case basis. No private blog networks, no link farms, no manufactured inventory.
We focus on contextual in-content links placed naturally inside relevant articles.
That means your link is worked into the body of a niche-relevant post in a way that makes sense for the reader and fits the topic of the page. We do not rely on author bio links, spammy pages, or low-quality placement types.
Yes. You can request a custom prospect list before placing an order.
We will prepare a list of relevant blogs based on your niche, GEO, and SEO requirements. The list can include pricing, traffic, DR, and other key metrics, so you can review the options first and choose the placements that fit your campaign.
Our blogger outreach placements are intended to stay live long term. If a publisher removes the link, deletes the article, or changes the link attributes during the guarantee period, we will either replace the placement or offer a refund/credit, depending on the case.
For most standard niches, we provide a 1-year replacement guarantee. For higher-risk niches, the guarantee period may be shorter. Even after the guarantee period ends, we still do our best to help if an issue comes up.
Sure! We place links on real blogs and crawlable pages that are built to be indexed naturally. In most cases, the article gets indexed within a few days or weeks, depending on the site and Google’s crawl cycle.
If a placement has not been indexed after a reasonable period, let us know and we will review the page and take additional steps where possible.
Yes, by default we aim for dofollow contextual links. We do not use nofollow or sponsored attributes unless you specifically request them or the publisher requires it as part of their editorial policy.
In most cases, publishers allow one client link per article. Some blogs may accept two or more external links, but that depends on their editorial policy. The article may also include a few additional references to authority sources to keep the content natural and relevant.
Yes. Content approval before publication is available. Just let us know when placing the order, or tell your manager in advance, so we can include content review in the workflow before the article goes live.
You can! But the content must first be approved by the publisher. Each blog has its own editorial standards, so your draft may need revisions before it can be accepted. To avoid delays and improve placement approval rates, most clients prefer that we handle the content, but we can work with your draft if needed.
Blogger outreach pricing depends mainly on the publisher’s rate. Since we work with real blogs and independent site owners, each placement is priced individually based on factors like niche, traffic, DR, GEO, content requirements, and placement difficulty. Our final price can include the publisher fee, content creation if needed, manual outreach, account management, and payment processing costs.
If we are unable to secure the approved placement within the agreed timeframe, we will either suggest relevant alternative blogs or issue a refund/credit for that placement. If we see during the process that a specific blog is no longer realistic, we will let you know before publication and recommend a replacement rather than keeping you waiting.
Depending on the quality of the blog, our efforts, and the time required, we add our fee to the price, with a minimum of $35–50, and it depends directly on the site owner’s price. By default, you receive the final price in your list for approval.
We negotiate with bloggers, and they set their own link placement price. This price depends on the quality of the site and can be $100 or even $1,000. We build trusted relationships with bloggers and negotiate to reduce the price. We always try to secure the best possible terms for placement.
The article cost is not included in the guest post price. Clients can provide their own article or order one from us. The fixed price for an article (without additional requirements) is $25 for 1,000 words, with an extra $3 for every additional 100 words. Typically, articles are 800–1,200 words, well-written, SEO-optimized, and unique. We always focus on the quality of content to ensure each post contributes to both SEO and brand credibility, regardless of the number of guest posts ordered.
